The deal is that you need to be out of the city with all it's concrete holding the heat in. We lived in the mountains outside Albuq for 25 years, and have property in a remote section of New Mexico. Even if it's around 100 during the day, it drops a good 30 degrees or so overnight. NEVER had to run the swamp cooler at night, just open all the windows. <br /><br />And BONUS!!! NO HUMIDITY!!!
