Over to the Valle Del Oro RV Park while its still cool.... But its sprinkling today and only 80 degrees, but we have humidity just like it was Kansas.. 80 percent.... And I was sweating a bundle while doing up the hoses and cords on the motor home...
It didn't take too long and we were over in storage locking everything up.... Loyce was in the truck following behind.. With the big storage gate rolled closed and locked, we were clear of the RV park and storage before 10 AM..
The new living room sofa and love seat.. With new patio set outside .. |
This became most of the afternoon's project...... A million little screws and all over your head on a ladder...... I purposely didn't scan the camera down because the room's filled with ladders and tools and clutter.... Don't want trouble form the boss lady....No sir!!
And since it was cooler outside and the sun was overcast, I started on the light fixtures out on the outside of the house... Just a few screws and these lights would be up....... Uh, not exactly, that stucco is inside all the boxes which are not set level or straight, and the screws that came with the fixtures didn't fit... So off to the hardware store......
Today was the day to do this outside light project, because it was only 84 as I was working on these. And the humidity began to back down a little even though it was still sprinkling most of the afternoon.
But tomorrow it is to be 101 and the forecast goes off thru the roof for the days after that. Culminating at 110 this weekend... So I had to get these lights up today...
As we get things put away around here perhaps I can take some more pictures, but we look rather bare with no blinds or drapes.. And no chairs around our dining room table because they haven't come into the store yet...
We are supposed to have them tomorrow when the truck comes back out here to the East valley. Fingers crossed because eating on the floor doesn't work too well...

looks great so far....beautiful home....you sure accomplish alot in a short time...
ReplyDeleteHard to imagine humidity in Mesa. I love those new lights you put up. And I think you're really doing great at getting stuff put together.
ReplyDeleteNice looking furniture in the living room. I think I'd be spending most of the day lying on that nice couch rather than trying to put up fans and outdoor lighting. You seem to have way too much energy!
